Visiting JAPIX
Customers are welcome to visit our Yennora location for in-person enquiries, local support and order collection where available.
If you are collecting an order, please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before arriving. You may be asked to provide your order confirmation, proof of purchase or identification before the order is released.
If another person is collecting on your behalf, JAPIX may request confirmation from the customer before releasing the order.
