If payment is declined, reversed, disputed, charged back, incomplete or suspected to be fraudulent, JAPIX may delay, cancel, hold or refuse the order. You remain responsible for any amounts properly owing to JAPIX.

11. Bank transfer payments

Where payment by bank transfer is accepted, your order may not be processed until payment has cleared into our account and the payment can be matched to your order.

Customers must use the correct payment reference where requested. JAPIX is not responsible for delays caused by missing, incorrect or unclear payment references.

If payment is not received within a reasonable time, JAPIX may cancel the order or release the product for sale to another customer.

12. Shipping and delivery

JAPIX may offer pickup, local delivery, standard shipping, express shipping, courier, freight or international delivery options depending on the product, destination, availability and shipping method selected.

Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to product availability, packing time, carrier delays, address issues, customs processing, weather, peak periods, public holidays, business interruptions or other circumstances outside our control.

JAPIX is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, re-delivery costs, returned items or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Some products may require a custom delivery or freight quote before dispatch. If a shipping rate is unavailable, incorrect, unsuitable or does not cover the actual delivery requirements, JAPIX may contact you to confirm the correct shipping cost before processing the order.

If you do not agree to the updated shipping or freight cost, JAPIX may cancel the order and arrange a refund for any amount paid for the affected order.

Once an order is collected, the customer is responsible for safely handling, loading, transporting and storing the product, unless an issue is caused by JAPIX or another matter that cannot legally be the customer’s responsibility.

16. Risk and title

Ownership of a product generally passes to the customer once full payment has been received and the product has been released, collected or dispatched, unless otherwise agreed by JAPIX in writing or required by law.

Risk in the product passes in accordance with the delivery or collection arrangement and applicable law. Customers should inspect goods as soon as practical after delivery or collection and contact JAPIX promptly if there is an issue.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under our Returns and Refunds Policy or any rights that apply under law.

17. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns, refunds, exchanges, store credits and warranty claims are handled in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Customers should choose carefully before purchasing. JAPIX does not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection, unless required by law or approved by JAPIX.

Misuse, incorrect installation, incorrect handling, modification, alteration, damage after delivery, use for an unsuitable purpose or failure to follow reasonable instructions may affect return, refund, exchange or warranty eligibility.

Unless approved by JAPIX in writing or required by law, JAPIX is not responsible for labour, fitting, installation, removal, diagnostic, programming, storage, towing, call-out, delay, loss of use, third-party or related costs connected with a product, order, return, exchange, refund or warranty claim.

Customers should confirm suitability before installation, fitting, connection, modification or use. Once a product has been used, installed, fitted, connected, modified or altered, it may no longer be eligible for change-of-mind or incorrect-selection return.
